About BuildGruha — closing the trust gap in Bengaluru construction
After years in the Bangalore construction market, one thing became clear: clients rarely trust contractors, engineers or maistris easily — and that gap is exactly what BuildGruha was started to close.
Whatever we commit to on Day 1 of the first meeting is what we deliver, unchanged, all the way to gruhapravesham. Four commitments back that up:
The commitment 04
Price locking
The price fixed at the first meeting stays the price until gruhapravesham. It is never raised midway through the project.
No subcontracting
One person can properly supervise only 5–6 buildings at a time. We never hand your project off to a subcontractor — we oversee it directly, ourselves.
Committed materials
Whatever material grade is agreed at the meeting is exactly what goes into construction. No substitutions once work begins.
No construction delay
It's the most common complaint in Bangalore construction. If a delay is caused on our side, we pay the client a monthly compensation for it.
Who's behind it 02
BuildGruha is run day to day by civil engineers, not a sales team. Between us we've supervised house construction across Bangalore for 15+ years, and every project we take on gets one of us on site directly — never handed off to a subcontractor to manage. It's the same no-subcontracting principle the company is built on, seen from the people actually holding it.
We've long worked without a social media or web presence; it was our own clients who pushed us to bring the work online. Formal company registration followed the same way — client demand, not marketing, is what took us from an informal construction practice to a registered company. We're building this to last, not to restart again.

companies, experienced masons and mestri simply built on solid ground by eye. Today, sites
come up everywhere without that same scrutiny, making an engineer's technical input
essential. Many companies that entered the market after 2015 quote low to win work in a
